The Mudslide - Kahlua Heath Crunch ice cream, fudge layer, Chocolate Mousse ice cream, and chocolate whipped cream topping
The Oreo - Oreo ice cream, Oreo cookie layer, Vanilla Chocolate Chunk ice cream, whipped cream topping surrounded with white and dark chocolate shavings and garnished with Oreos.
The Standby – vanilla and chocolate ice cream with a homemade hot fudge layer.

Ice Cream Pies
Mud Pie - Chocolate crushed cookie crust, Mocha Chocolate Chunk ice cream, fudge layer, Chocolate ice cream, chocolate whipped cream topping and a chocolate ganache drizzle.
Oreo Pie - Oreo cookie crust, Oreo ice cream, fudge layer, Oreo ice cream, whipped cream topping, a chocolate ganache drizzle and garnished with Oreos.
The S’more’s Pie - Graham cracker shell, Graham Central Station ice cream, marshmallow layer, fudge layer, Chocolate ice cream, whipped cream topping, mini marshmallows and chocolate ganache on top.
Boston Cream Pie - Shortbread crust, Cake Batter ice cream, fudge layer, Vanilla ice cream, whipped cream topping and a chocolate ganache drizzle.
Novelties
We make all of our novelties by hand in our shop in Avon. We start by baking fresh chocolate chip cookies for our sliders and J-Wich ice cream sandwiches and then we stuff them full of our delicious ice cream. Sliders are dipped in chocolate and J-Wichs are rolled in mini chocolate chips. The result is a treat voted number one cookie by the CT Specialty Food Association. We also bake our own brownies for our oversized brownie ice cream sandwiches. Carrot cake lovers will enjoy our own baked carrot cake sandwiches packed with our fresh cream cheese icing ice cream. If you love Oreo’s our giant Oreo sandwiches are sure to please. You can eat them filled with our sinfully delicious Oreo ice cream or your favorite J Foster flavor.
We also make specialty ice cream bars such as toasted almond and chocolate dipped. If you are lactose intolerant or just feel like fruit, you’ll enjoy bars made out of our refreshing sorbets.
